Where ____________________________________

International, but focused in North America. Doggone Safe has presenters in 17 countries, 11 Canadian provinces and 43 states in the USA. Expected participation in the Challenge will be monitored and posted weekly.

Why ______________________________________

According to the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Canada Safety Council, dog bites to children are a significant public health problem. Half of all children are bitten by a dog. Most of these bites are by the family dog or other dog known to the child. Experts agree that education is the best way to reduce dog bite risk.
